Buying or Selling Real Estate

​Residential Closings:
For most people, buying a home is one of the largest and most important purchases in their life.  Our team works diligently to ensure that the closing of your transaction is completed successfully.  As a buyer, ensuring that you are receiving clear and marketable title is critical. Common mistakes result in title defects that can prevent you from selling your property at a later date or could end up costing you money. 


When the buyer selects the title agent such as in Broward or Miami-Dade counties, as a seller you have the right to retain your own attorney for representation, review and document preparation.  Doing so means that there is an attorney on the seller's side zealously advocating on their behalf and facilitating the closing every step of the way.  

We provide counsel for any questions or issues arising during your real estate transaction ranging from Homeowners and/or Condominium Associations; the technicalities and questions presented when one purchases investment properties; title defects and title defect litigation; or boundary or easement disputes or concerns.  We are able to confidently guide our clients on all aspects of buying and selling real estate.
